Digital Purchase

Founder Access provides digital software access. Because access can be used immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered or used.

If there was a duplicate purchase, checkout mistake, or account-access issue, contact support with the email used at checkout so the issue can be reviewed.

Good-Faith Support

If the product does not work as expected, contact support with the checkout email, what you were trying to do, and screenshots if available. Gearhead Guide is early-access software, and we want issues documented clearly so they can be fixed.
